The recipe says which we have to brew it all in the potion or steel bowl. we do not have potion or steel bowls, only plastic. Can we have make use of of the cosmetic play to brew it all together?
Why does it contend potion or metal? What disproportion does it make?
Also, can we have make use of of any baked sweat bread pan, or does it have to be the bundt or shriek pan?

Because you are beating alot of egg whits they get bigger and fluffier if you use a pre chilled bowl. I dont think plastic will hold a good chill, but I would use it if I had nothing else. You do have to use a bundt or flute pan because the cake is so tall, it would cook right out of anything else.
The only reason people sometimes specify glass or metal bowls is when you have to double boil over a heat source. But for angel food cake, I don’t know why it would matter. Also, I think any non-stick cake pan is fine.
Glass and metal keep the batter cooler, for one, so the eggs in the batter stay stiff.
You can use an regular cake pan if you must. Drop the oven temperature by 25 degrees at least if you do, cut baking time by maybe 15 minutes or just keep an eye on it. Oh, and only fill cake pan half way.
well it says metal or glass because the egg white need to be able to cling to the side of the bowl. it might not work in a plastic bowl. and you should use a bunt pan because it is designed for the cake to cling to the sides and rise
Angel food batter has to be completely grease free in order to raise properly. Plastic bowls are extremely hard to get completely clean & grease free, so that’s why they say to use glass and metal bowls.
