it isn’t easy. I’ve tried a couple of different ways. One was a Utility Knife. NO… One was heat. NO.. The one way I think you could do it is a lathe. I think that would work if you could use a parting tool to take the plastic off slowly. What might be easier is to make your own and turn them on a lathe. If you could get the plastic hot enough, you could peel it with a putty knife.
